NON-MEDICAL HOME CARE SERVICES
Aging Gracefully, Senior Care Services, LLC offers non-medical home care services in the comfort of your own home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Initially, a Registered Nurse provides a Free In-Home Assessment in order to tailor the needs of each individual. A Registered Nurse will establish along with the Responsible Party which Level of Care best fits each individual’s need.
Level 1: Companionship
- Activities
- Companionship
- Verbal reminders to complete tasks
- Medication Reminders
- Maintain safety from falls and/or wandering
- Supervisory visits by Registered Nurse periodically
- On-Call Registered Nurse 24/7
Level 2: Some Assistance Required
- Physical assistance with Personal Hygiene
- Physical assistance with Bathing
- Incontinent Care
- Meal Preparation
- Verbal reminders and assistance with daily tasks
- Medication Reminders
- Light Housekeeping
- Laundry assistance
- Linen Change
- Activities
- Maintain safety from falls and/or wandering
- Companionship
- Supervisory visits by Registered Nurse periodically
- On-Call Registered Nurse 24/7
Level 3: Total Assistance Required
- Total assistance with Personal Hygiene
- Total assistance with Bathing
- Linen Change
- Incontinent Care
- Care of Bed Bound Patients
- Meal Preparation
- Staff will feed meals
- Total assistance with daily tasks
- Medication Reminders
- Light Housekeeping
- Laundry assistance
- Activities
- Maintain safety from falls and/or wandering
- Companionship
- Supervisory visits by Registered Nurse periodically
- On-Call Registered Nurse 24/7
All staff at Aging Gracefully, Senior Care Services, LLC are hand chosen by the owner and are trained individually to become the caregiver that everyone can trust and depend on in their absence. Prior to coming to your home, every staff member trains with the geriatric population in the adult day care setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
