Aging Gracefully, Senior Care Services, LLC

   Dr. Scott Chadwick Evans, a geriatric specialist, has been the medical director of Aging Gracefully, Senior Care Services, LLC for over three years.  He graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2002.  He completed his internship at the University of Tennessee Family Practice Chattanooga in 2003.  He completed his residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in 2005.    His fellowship in Geriatric medicine was completed in 2006.  He is Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine as well as Family Practice.  Dr. Evans clinical interests include Geriatrics, including Dementias, Marine Medicine, and Hypertension Management.   He is currently affiliated with East Cooper Regional Hospital, Roper Hospital, and Summerville Medical Center.   His personal hobbies include a military history and college football.  Dr. Evans is currently a practicing physician at East Cooper Family Practice.
